Steven is born and raised in San Luis Obispo area, but has had the pleasure to work and live in most local areas in this county.
At eighteen years old, Steven joined the U.S. Navy as a Navy Hospital Corpsman where he served ten years in both Active Duty and Reserves. While in the Navy Reserves, he started his career in Emergency Medicine working as a Paramedic in San Luis Obispo County. During his career, he had obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences and an Associate’s Degree in General Education.
Steven and his wife Lauren have bought and sold several properties in Grover Beach and San Luis Obispo and cant wait to help other first-time home buyers through their process.
Stevens career as a Paramedic in this area has given him great knowledge of local neighborhoods, towns, amenities, and developing areas. He is new to Real Estate but has spent the last several years learning the process and investing in Real Estate with his own fix and flips.
Steven hopes to continue to serve his local community by keeping a high standard of honesty, integrity, dedication, and commitment when dealing his clients Real Estate needs.
He also hopes to assist Veterans and First responders in obtaining homeownership in this beautiful area.
